Documentation on how to use the content builder

Maybe I'm just stupid but when changing from bepu physics v1 to v2, it took me a good 4-5 hours to figure out how to use the new method of loading content into the engine.
Now that I've figured out how it works is very quick and easy to add/update the content pack for my application, but there are zero examples in any of the demo's and not a single thread on this forum that explains to anyone how this is supposed to work.
