BEPUphysics

Hey,

I have just started using Bepu and love it! I have been fiddling with it for a couple of days now and am pretty happy with everything except vehicles, i just cant get them to work!

I have tried so many different ways I have ended up breaking my test game so have decided to just start again. I can make a vehicle and add it to the space, and I tried several ways to implement wheels but could never seem to get anything to move or drive.

does anyone have any examples or advice? it would be greatly appreciated!

I would recommend starting from the VehicleInput in the BEPUphysicsDemos project source. There's also a TankInput, which shows a significantly modified version that behaves like a tank. Making incremental modifications off of an existing configuration tends to be a lot easier than trying to figure out how all the parameters work at once.

Is this the latest build that works with 4.0 because i came across a tank example somewhere on google and couldn't seem to get it to work

I have found a demo for the wp7 but it doesnt quite map properly, is the BEPU physics drawer exclusively for the phone?

The phone demo's vehicle is basically identical, but its drawer is indeed for the phone only. The main BEPUphysicsDemos project contains a drawer for PC/Xbox360.
