BEPUphysicsv0.15.2API.chm appears to be empty?

Running windows 7 Enterprise, 64bit. Downloaded the API .chm file to poke around (trying to find an engine that does sortof what i'm looking for before going off and doing it myself) and every page has "Navigation to the webpage was canceled" and the link appears to be invalid. :-/

I believe that's a safety measure to guard against 'bad' .chm files, which can contain malware if they're from untrusted sources. For trusted .chm files, you can right click on it, go to properties, then at the bottom there should be a button that says "Unblock."
