Is 1.14x available anywhere?

I just grabbed a creator's club license to try and port my game to the 360. I didn't have the 1.14 360 libraries anywhere, so I came here and only found 1.15. I thought it would be a simple upgrade, but tons have apparently changed in the transition, and I can't turn this thing around and get it on the console as soon as I'd hoped. Is there a place to find the older library to get by until I have the time to migrate over?
