Re: Sins of a Solar Empire AND VARIOUS OTHER SPACE RELATED ITEMS
You know what's epic?
Adaptive forcefield + finest hour. Basically, while those two are up, a Kol WILL NOT DIE. You can not kill it.
I haven't tried advent yet, I'm practicing single player versus computorz to get better at TEC first. I've been busy lately, so not much time to play.
Game is awesome.

I has my month of EVE now. I wanna try and get enough money for a gametime card :s
Also fyi even if I hadn't gotten EVE I would not have bought Sins. The game is long and tedious and is just spamming a single, long ranged OP unit with the occasional deviation to culture spam or capital ship spam. Or spam feed the pirates. Either way, I don't plan on ever buying it. :S
Well, maybe if it eventually costs four dollars...

It's simple, just take the hydraulic phase ship emulator and attach it to the photon particle emitter, BAM, new tower!

You realize 1.1 will kill LRM spam by making light carriers viable, right?Fe_Yoshi wrote:I has my month of EVE now. I wanna try and get enough money for a gametime card :s

It will also tone down heavy cruisers a bit.
It's not tedious, and it's quite fun.

Wha? Eve is a monthly subscription... Soase is 1-time buy ?:(
And you have to train for a good 1-2 months in Eve before you can do anything worthwhile. Another couple of months to even think about fighting pvp... so really, Eve costs more. GOODDAY SIR.

My delete button is itching a little, I don't think this conversation is related directly enough to sins OR various space related items.

Sins is neat, but my computer cant really render the space battles amazingly, so I lose the grand scale and it just turn into galatic chess. (I likes me some chess)

Pretty much galactic chess even with a good computer, you just get the added bonus of being able to switch on cinematic mode and watch capital ships pewpew each other.Zukarakox wrote:Sins is neat, but my computer cant really render the space battles amazingly, so I lose the grand scale and it just turn into galatic chess.
