Undesired joint behaviour (glitching out)

Hello, I have an "anchor", which is attached to top middle of a board and is also attached to a position in world with RevoluteJoints. The board starts "glitching out" like this:

I'm not even sure how to name this glitch. By the way, this is on Unity. Any tips or explanation why this is happening and how to fix it? Thanks!

EDIT: I've set the mass of the anchor entities higher than the board's (way higher) and it seems to be fixed!
