Bepu handedness

Hi! I think it would be good to write out somewhere that Bepu is right-handed. If you are using a left-handed system (like me) the winding order for faces will be wrong. It is trivial to fix but it may take some time for people to understand why everything falls through the ground. :) Keep up the go...

Yup, a bunch of relatively small separate meshes interacting with high speed objects is close to worst case for a lack of boundary smoothing. SpeculativeMargin seems to have no effect. Is that after modifying both the mesh and the problematic objects interacting with the mesh? The effective specula...
